How an intercity ride works
You tell us your pick-up, drop-off, date and group size. We confirm the vehicle and an all-in price in advance. On the day your chauffeur messages you before pick-up, loads your luggage and drives you straight to your destination.
Travelling between Singapore and Malaysia? Your driver chooses the Woodlands or Tuas checkpoint, whichever is quicker at that hour. For most trips passengers stay seated, though officers may occasionally ask passengers to step out or show documents.

Documents for cross-border trips
Carry a valid passport. Complete the arrival cards each country requires before you cross: the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card for most foreign visitors entering Malaysia, and the SG Arrival Card for travellers entering Singapore. Requirements change, so always confirm them on the official government websites before you travel.
Why travellers choose a private intercity ride
Public transport between Malaysian cities and across the Singapore border works well for single travellers on a tight budget, but it asks a lot of groups and families: fixed timetables, terminals on the edge of town, luggage to carry between stations and a second ride at the other end. A private intercity ride replaces all of that with one vehicle and one driver from your door to your destination.
- You choose the departure time, not a timetable
- You are collected and dropped at your exact address
- Luggage stays in the vehicle for the whole journey
- One fixed price for the whole group instead of a ticket per person
How we plan long-distance rides
On long routes we plan the schedule, not just the destination. Before we quote, we look at the distance, the usual traffic at your travel time, any checkpoint crossing and the rest stops the journey needs. The price you receive already includes tolls and standard checkpoint fees, so there are no extras to settle with the driver.
- Rest and meal stops are built into the plan
- Extra stops for shopping or meetings can be added by agreement
- Return trips and multi-city itineraries are priced as one journey
Popular intercity routes
The most booked corridors are Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, Singapore to Johor Bahru, Singapore to Melaka and Singapore to Penang. Within Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur to Penang and Kuala Lumpur to Genting Highlands are favourites. Because we do not run fixed routes, any other pair of locations in West Malaysia is just as easy to book.
