When an hourly charter makes sense
- Business meetings across Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam
- A shopping afternoon with bags and a driver who waits
- Hotel and airport runs with stops in between
- A short city tour in Melaka, Ipoh or George Town
- Appointments and errands where parking is difficult
How it works
Tell us your start time, number of hours and the places you plan to visit. We confirm a fixed rate for the hours you book. If you run longer, extra time is added by agreement.
Hourly or daily?
If you need the car for most of the day, a daily charter is usually better value. For shorter needs, an hourly charter keeps the cost matched to the time you actually use.
How the hours are counted
The clock starts when your chauffeur arrives at the agreed pick-up point and stops when you are dropped at your final stop. Waiting at a stop is part of your booked time. The minimum number of hours is stated in your quote, and any extra time is added by agreement.
Typical hourly charter uses
- Back-to-back meetings across the city in one afternoon
- A shopping trip where you do not want to carry bags or search for parking
- A hospital visit or appointment with a driver who waits
- A short sightseeing loop for visitors with limited time
- A multi-stop evening, such as dinner and then the airport
Planning tips
Give us your first pick-up time, the list of stops and your final drop-off, and we recommend a sensible number of hours. For a full day of use across several areas, a Daily Charter is usually better value. For city-to-city journeys, see Intercity Ride.
