How we plan it
Tell us the venue, the date, the number of guests and the pick-up points. We agree the schedule, confirm the number of vehicles and quote one fixed price. On the day, drivers arrive early and keep to the plan.
More vehicles for bigger groups
One Alphard carries up to six passengers. For larger events we can arrange several vehicles or a larger van on request, so your guests travel together.

Corporate events and VIP pick-ups
For conferences, roadshows and client visits we coordinate airport pick-ups for speakers and VIP guests, shuttles between the hotel and the venue, and return trips after the event. Drivers arrive early, dress smartly and follow the schedule you set. See Airport Transfer for arrival pick-ups.
How we keep to the schedule
We confirm the plan in writing on WhatsApp, share driver details before the day and keep a contact on call while the event runs. If the schedule moves, the driver adjusts with you. For events away from home, our Intercity Ride service brings guests between cities.
